Purchase SMP PRO Subscription and Registration Code change
Thanks for your interest in Sigma Media Player PRO. This page has information about purchasing a subscription, and about a license you may already own.
Once you have downloaded and installed SMP PRO, SMP PRO subscription can be purchased from the Help section of the program or at the purchase page on the SMP website here.
The price of the subscription is $24.99 for 1 month.
How does the purchase process work?
This FAQ applies to SMP PRO. The program can be found on the Download Page.
When you choose "Buy subscription" from within the program, your browser will open to a purchase page on the SMP web site. Enter your information, and click ONCE on the "Purchase button". When your credit card is authorized, you will see a page with your new "Registration Code" and a link (note that you can always access you registration code when you log into your account at www.sigmamediaplayer.net website in case you need new installation of the software). Save the Registration Code some place safe.

Definitions
On purchase, you receive a Registration Code for the subscription period you have chosen. Never give your Registration Code to other people. You can change your Registration Code (in case someone else finds and uses your code) with new code by visiting My subscription link in your account at the SMP website (more below) and click "Generate new Registration code" button. You must input the Registration Code when asked during player installation or after installation or if your subscription is expiring/expired you can input the new Registration Code in the help/input registration key menu of the application.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I tell if I am licensed?
A: In the program, choose Help and then Registration Info.
Q: I was charged multiple times.
A: Please e-mail our support. Backing through the purchase page is the normal cause.
Q: My browser crashed before the purchase was complete.
A: Go to the My subscription Page and if the purchase went successfully you will find your Registration code there. Also your Registration code will be sent to your e-mail address.
Q: I lost my Registration code.
A: You can always see your Registration code by log in to your account at www.sigmamediaplayer.net on My subscription page.
Q: My SMP PRO became inactive?
A: Probably your subscription period has expired and you did not choose the recurring payment option.Visit the website, log in to your account and renew your subscription manually.
Q: Why does it hang where it says "Purchasing in progress, please be patient"?
A: Are you using a firewall? Even though not reported in the logs, it may interfere with the data transfer process. High security settings in your browser may also cause problems.
Q: I purchased a month ago, but when I try to reinstall, it doesn't work.
A: Each Registration code can be used for a limited time. Check if your subscription has not expired
Q: Can I install on more than one PC?
A: Yes, you may use the program on your work PC and on your home PC's with a single license.
Q: How secure is this process?
A: The connection between your browser and our web server is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Q: What will happen if I share my code with others?
A: Posting a Registration Code on a forum or in any public place on the Internet will result in cancellation of the account. The Registration Code contains personal details from the purchase. These details are encrypted, but the encryption could be broken.
Other Details
If you have trouble, make sure you are using a current version of the program. You can visit the download page to verify that your version is the latest.
If you think someone found you Registration code and uses it illegally you can always generate new Registration code by log in your account, going to My subscription and click "Generate new Registration code" button. Thus will create new Registration code, that you must input into the proper filed on your player (help/input registration code). You can also recover if you have your original e-mail (from your registration at www.sigmamediaplayer.com) and password. No other replacement license is available.
